Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition.
Items must include original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and clips.

Review: We will review your return request and provide a return authorization if the return is eligible.

Return packaging: Pack the item in a secure manner and include return authorization information.

Return Mailing: Mail the item to the returns address provided by us (details will be provided with return authorization). Note: Please do not ship directly to the address on the package!

4. Refund processing

Once we receive and review your return, we will process your refund:

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges and any reverse duties are non-refundable.

5. Special circumstances

We may refuse returns in the following circumstances:

The item was not returned in accordance with the return policy.
The item was damaged during shipping.
